MediHub4U provides specialized Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services, including medical billing, expert coding, and provider credentialing. While our website provides a broad overview, all specific professional engagements are governed by a separate, bilateral Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed between MediHub4U and the Client Practice.
2. HIPAA Compliance & Data Security
Our commitment to the privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) is absolute. Detailed protocols are outlined in our HIPAA Statement:
- All data is handled via encrypted, HIPAA-compliant channels in accordance with federal law and our data security infrastructure.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their specific account credentials and portal access.
- Electronic signatures on our agreements carry the same legal weight as traditional handwritten signatures.
3. Accuracy of Information
Client practices are solely responsible for the accuracy of clinical documentation and patient demographics. MediHub4U is not liable for claim denials resulting from incorrect data, though we provide compliance audits to help identify gaps.
4. Professional Disclaimer
Content on this site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Revenue results vary based on specialty, payer mix, and historical practice data managed through our AR cleanup programs.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MediHub4U shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for services during the specific period in question, as outlined in your Master Service Agreement.
